Network Dashboard provides a quick, at a glance view into the network status on your Windows Phone. Tap on a tile and you can quickly change the settings. Tap and hold a tile and you can pin it to the Start menu for quick and easy access!

Added the ability to enable Wi-Fi and Mobile Data state on Start Screen Pinned Tiles. There is a new settings page to enable this option and it is disabled by default.
Added dynamic handling of the pin to start context menu, which now presents an "unpin from start" option if it is already pinned.
